Oh, forgetful me.

So I literally just forgot to post a blog last night. There was no valid excuse for why I couldn't have. I literally did absolutely nothing after work except venture out in to the rain and go food shopping simply so I could have some food. But other than that, it was a waste of an evening. The crazy storm kept me from just wandering the streets on a walk.

And now, over morning coffee, I sit waiting for the IKEA delivery of my furniture. They said it will be a window between 10am - 2pm. I have a feeling I am going to be sitting here for an awfully long time with nothing to do. I should have gotten up early and gone to the gym, but I just slept in. And now it's too late.

And ofcourse, it's an absolutely gorgeous day. It couldn't be raining and awful like last night. It's blazing sunshine and clear blue skies and me trapped in my apartment waiting on the delivery. Today would make a really great beach day.

Hopefully I'll be pleasantly surprised and the delivery will happen sooner rather than later so I can salvage the afternoon... but I'm not holding my breath.

Thankfully I have Jessie J's Domino on repeat. I literally cannot get that song out of my head. And I'm not growing tired of it. Yet. I'm sure after hundreds of plays, I shall grow bored. But I've been waiting for a catchy song like this allllll summer. Finally it has happened. In the last few fleeting weeks of the season.

And since I skipped last night, I shall be blogging later to make up for it.
